New green texas

I managed to make Texas flowerhorns myself, turquoise Texas flowerhorn.

That's pretty sweet how long did it take

Not long at all, 2 weeks ay the very most, I used a male green Texas and a female platinum flowerhorn, the fry came out better than I expected, some times they looked green, some times blue, most of the time turquoise, but a few times I seen one turn purplish.

Thanks bro, I'm trying to get red Texas now myself, I wish you luck, I'm using a red Dragon flowerhorn tho, I'm trying to achieve red Texas flowerhorns.

Aren't Texas males usually sterile?

Not at all, only red Texas males, not regular green or blue Texas.

But I suggest you don't use a blood parrot to make the red Texas, I suggest you use a king Kong parrot, although they may be hard to find it would be worth it, and I do suggest that you use this Texas, I like the way he looks, he has some some coloration, and very nice crystals.

nice texas, I just got 4 "blue" ones in that show some serious potential. Just trying to find a female Red Mammon is the issue
