F1 Fry from Rapps' Wild venezuelan HP's.

I hope they turn out okay..

Here they are about 1"

seem to be scared and hide all day but they do come out when they see worms flying.

What do you guys think?

you got these for $15? not to throw a monkey wrench into things but fishfarm aka ken was selling these for $10 if i am not wrong...

they are great fish, have fun with them

heh.. yeah, i might just get more..

Nice to see parrots cichlids on the board. Not sure about growth rate, just know they do get massive in both length and girth. Given their diet in nature, I'd estimate they'd grow at about the same rate as sevs though. Beautiful fish.

Slow growers and even slower pairing and breeders. Have patience. It will probably be 3 years before pairing and breedings. If they breed. Fishspeaker just had a batch of fry several months ago. That is where Ken Davis got his to sell on fishfarm.
