i just got 5 male guppys and 5 female guppys time for them to get there thing on i hope i get a lot of fry so that i got better chances of alot of them, making it

it maybe a good idea to have more female than male for guppies and lots of plants to hide in if temp. and water conditions are good your sure to have a tank full soon!

my tank is filled with plants and water conditins are perfect i tested thm and i had my lfs test them and they are perfect and i kno i should have more females but itwas all they had im goin to buy a few more females tommorrow if the shipment comes in

Too many males... I've got five females for two males and all the females are hounded by the excited bachelors.

I bought a couple of feeder guppies to breed them.

you should use the ugly or deformed fry as food. unless you plan to keep them all.

im using them for feeders and gunna grow the fry u[p to use as feeders not just leave them as fry once i get a few grown up it will be like a hatchery in my lil tank im gunna feed 3/4 the fry that grow up to my alligator gar and lima shovelnose and my pie chiclid and leave the rest to breed and just kee[p doing that trying to save some money because ive been spending 10 bucks a week on fish and it adds up fast

LMFAO using guppies to feed a gar? You'd need way too many tanks to sustain that. Just buy fish filets for them.
