and thanx for all the compliments. this pond will be tiny when i get my own house. i want a minimum of 15,000 gallons on my personal pond once i buy my own house. 1200sq ft curface area minimum.

got a few new additions yesterday. nice 13" shiro utsuri from kodama koi farm in hawaii, and got another small one from my local place.

once i get a bigger pond its going to take quite some time for me to get it full of fish. will be all show quality koi. i have some very nice koi in this pond now, but not variety i would personally pick. but my mom loves it thats all that matters.

Awesome pond!! Your koi look great and your set up is beautiful. Good luck.

last winter was very rough. was very cold with a lot of snow. had 2ft on the ground for 3 months. this is why i went deeper and more surface area. i going to run a few deicer rings on the surface this year. keep everything nice and open.

pump and UV light will go inside and waterfall will be drained and capped. so all should go well.

and thank you for all the kind words!
