did anyone determine what he was? rhom?
 
pretty sure he's a rhom. growing like one, has the body shape. had a couple in the past that i thought were rhoms but grew too fast and turned out not to be. this guy eats like a champ and is taking his time to become a monster. so i'm keeping my hopes up. i still want an elong though. got to finally see this guy take down a live meal lastnight, pretty vicious!

That looks like a rhom to me. But a couple of the other pics kinda look like compressus. Either way, good looking fish.
 
Got a 40B set up for the little guy. Should be moving him in soon. Have some goldfish in there breaking it in.

Thanks. He does so far. Got his chill spot behind the wood, comes out and cruises in the powerhead all the time. Probably the most active serra I've ever had.
