Thats a cool rattler pic! The only herp I am allowed to keep in the house at this time is a female BCC.

Haha, ok! I don't currently keep any herps, because of my living situations. I do a ton of field work to keep myself sane. These days I'm collecting data on the 'Eiseni' morph of the california kingsnake. I've found what seems to be sexual dimorphism in their dorsal tail patterning. I still am working on a large enough sample size (currently 40+ animals) to be able to prove or debunk my hypothesis.

Do you keep herps? If so, what kind?

Yes I keep herps........currently I have a 06 male het albino male ball python (he's the one in my avatar), 06 female normal ball python, a male leopard gecko, a male okeetee cornsnake, and a 07 male burmese python......

Great pics David, they are really impressive. How do you keep the snakes still long enough to photograph. Many of the native species of snakes I try to get pics of are always trying to flee the scene!

As for reptiles I currenlty own: one pair of 15 year old Leopard Geckos, 2 female Eastern Box Turtles and a baby Stinkpot Musk Turtle.

They were all photographed in the field. Thanks for the compliment. I'm not a professional photographer, I just enjoy taking pictures of herps.
