what i think is .. LIVE FOOD should be better as its fresh ? and i want my arowana to be fat

I would recommand Hikari brand for the best quality fishfood.

Yep pellets first, live food for variety and the kids like to watch. Stay away from minnows
 
A multi diet I'n my opinion is the best pellets,frozen,live. Personally I stay away from live feeders and frogs. Only cuz they can carry disease if u have a quartine tank to make sure ur live feeder are not sick before feeding ur aro then thats ok too.
