Hey, my name's Brett and I'm 14 years old. I've always loved animals, and in interested in getting a new fish-probably a cichlid. I really have no idea what I want-I have an empty 55 gallon tank, and I'm thinking about getting a Green Terror, or selling the 55 for a 75 and getting a Green Terror or maybe a Red Devil. My newest idea is to sell the 55 for a 90 and get one of the "smaller" Parachromis species-either P. friedrichsthalli or P. loiselli. Either that, or maybe a red wolf fish or rainbow snakehead for the 55, although I'm currently leaning towards a cichlid-does anyone know if snakeheads are legal in Missouri?

Yep, all Channa (snakeheads) are illegal in the US, all of it. Welcome to MFK Brett! Stay ask and learn as much as you can. I would lean more towards upgrading the curren t tank and going with a Parachromis species like you mentioned.
Welcome to MFK. I think you should take some time and come up with just one thing and be sure it is what you want. You seem pretty indecisive and in this hobby that can translate into added expenses. Good luck with your decision.
