this one didnt come with a filter i am gonna make my own and i have a waterbed heater under it to heat it i ordered it without the filter on purpose so i could use the three already installed bulkheads to DIY it

Did you already have the waterbed heater? That sounds like a great idea for any indoor, soft bottom or liner pond.
i got it from a friend of mine remember if you use one and your pond is insulated with styrofoam like mine is you will need to place a heat barrier between the heater and the styro because it will melt the styro and potentially cause a fire...
i wanted to use two but its just temp so i can get another one later if this one doesnt heat it good enough

it was cold but has now warmed up to 83 degrees no mor swimming though fish are going in soon i feel bad for my silver and CK in their 110 right now even though they get around just fine
both but the room is getting sealed off that the big pond is in cuz i am hoping to grow some orchids above the pond on a couple shelves...rare orchids... and maybe some carnivorous plants too
