i had no trouble with mine until i went to move it, i bought them both brand new and when i emptied them and tried to move them the bottom cracked, in several spots, it is so brittle that you can hear the crackyness of the material when you picked it up, and one i had a bulkhead in and the other pool was a stand alone system that had its own filtration on it and it did the same thing, it makes me think of how lucky i was that it did not crack open right where the wall hits the floor part of the pool because the bottom actually comes up the side just a little and if that let lose all the fish would of died if i was not around to see it, so be carefull using the intex pools, they get brittle, im going to do the cement pond project as soon as i can, so i can eliminate the intex, there great to use for short time (a year and under) but i would not chance it after that.truly awesome, did you have trouble with your intec pool prior to moving it I have a 12' in my basement for my cats I've had it up and running about 6 months and did you put bulk heads in yours

alright here is the exact dimensions, it is 61/2 feet tall, 7 foot from front to back and 14 feet wide, 3 sides are fiberglass, front acrylic is 3" thick made by waterdog tanks.![]()
ever since i saw that 4000 gallon tank i havent been able to stop thinking about it lol, is this love? hahaha
i seriously wonder how it was constructed cause i wana make some thing like that, i duno about 4000 gallons, might be too extreme for me but some thing around those dimensions would qualify as a dream tank for me. it may sound morbid but i want a tank i can drown in lol. is the tank mainly fiberglass? i like the idea that it's a tad more portable than a custom diy plywood tank which usually are pretty permanent. can you tell us more about that tank?
