Great DIY but I have a question. How safe is it to have the tank in your wife's daycare? I had to ask it because my parents have a daycare in their place as well and they get pretty rowdy and rough when they got nothing else to do.

i did have six inch tall cucumbers but kids will be kids
i believe it was a monster truck that did them in
so now i am waiting till spring time to get some more seeds
for some reason you just can't find seeds in indiana in the middle of winter
lol oh well at least i know it works

funny stuff doc....

yes i know i have picked up some seeds last week

i started the filter back up and now i have a leak
not sure where it is coming from i think the liner has split a seam or something from drying out ,but am in the process of removing a 100 lbs of rock
going to take the pool liner out and replace it with acrylic sheet
which is what i should of did in the first place
also plan on building a picket fence to keep the monsters out
will update soon

p.s. thats what i get for being a tight butt

well haven't updated in awhile
so here goes
i now have jalapenos growing awesome
have not did a water change on this tank in 6 months and water params are perfect
do still have to gravel vac atlest once a month but fish are in perfect health and growing fast
built a new tank for the bearded dragon and in processes of converting 75 gal tank into the system
i actually need more nitrates for the plants
lol
crazy as it sounds this works great
will try and get pics tonight after work
