Going to be tough to cull down to 4 fish from 11. You may be better off getting another 30, putting firemouths in one and convicts in the other. Let them pair off and have a pair in each tank. Parrot would have to go, but don't kill it. Give it away or sell it. Post here in classifieds or on your local craigslist.
If you can keep both tanks up, I'd split one group into each tank and let them pair off naturally to mate. You could house both pairs in the 55 but raise fry in the 30 after the adults spit.
