They pikes can be aggresssive. They definitely rule the tank but they are bigger than the bass. They also keep the rays in check.
I've had these for a two hike and have kept them with a range of fish from discus, to Geophagus, to angels, and now the rays and bass. It worked well most times but I'd recommend not mixing them with discus given my long term experience with them. That said, they work well so far in here together. I want to say that the Zebrina and Intermedia come from the same location.
