New Internet Explorer is making me crazy!

on PCs, I use FireFox.

on Macs, I use Safari (well, it is like, the only option).

made me mad for a long time.
then i fixed it.
in mouse properties

i have my scrolling size at 6 lines
then check ... use ms office compatible scroll only
then check... scroll in active window only
