Great looking pair.... I've got 10 babies I'm rearing and I hope to get a nice pair out of those.

So.....what are u saying? That I dont know how to vent? Cause If you aren't insinuating that then why would you even mention it? I've had a few istlanums in my day and had some look just like this one which I didn't vent and sold as males which turned out female. And in any case I did vent this one. Also yours is In breeding color, mine is not. And a general rule of thumb for sexing just by looking is; male= blue on red scale, female= red on blue scale ie, the pink/red belly
but thanks for the supportDude, it seems like from the beginning of your thread that this is your first go around with Istlanum. I am just trying to help. And I said that I hope you are correct. Even Gage, Conkel, Rapps makes a mistake once in a while, and not all vents on all fish are similar. For you to get bent out of shape is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that all of your fish are the superior species, and we all know this. But when it comes to Istlanum, I may have some experience over you on this. So please simmer down and relax. Not sure why you freaked out, but again, I hope you are correct on your professional vent job.
