yea.. see, must be a trend with the stores..but yea, theres never a shortage of the young (19-22) girls in mine

Our local Petsmart has the nicest freshwater fish in the area. I wish they'd change up the stock more often, but they're all well taken care of and the tanks are pristine. As far as making the sale...nope. I've never seen them sell a fish to a customer that didn't have an adequate home, with the exception of one person who claimed to have the tank on order but hadn't received it yet. Better yet, the employees don't know everything about fish, but they're at least as knowledgeable as the specialty store employees. Unless I'm ordering something special, it's where I buy everything aquatic.

One time the lady at petsmart said her 20 inch Texes cichlid was thriving in a 55 gallon tank with 3 silver dollars. That sounds wrong. But the one closer to our house is better.

The Petsmarts near me are by far much better then any Petcos I've seen. They seem to know their stuff there about 75% of the time. I think on types of fish and care they know what they are talking about near me. Plants not so much. Also they always seem to know what they have but nothing about what they don't stock but that's with most chain stores.
