On Friday night, my Wife was coming home late and didn't call for some reason. I took my son to the LFS. Imagine my surprise, when I looked at the goldfish tank and found these. One of the 3 was larger than the rest and I asked the employee to move the rock and I saw it. Beautiful high finnage and a long dorsal. These were marked as L007; I think not! Bagged it up for $49.

What is it? It has a very long tooth but has a higher and more rounded dorsal than a L007. It does not have the spines like the Cactus. I imagine it is a meat eater along with vegetables. Is it a L240? The mouth is different.

Great shots and even better pleco! What a steal for that price. Just wondering if the L240 has other color variations. I have what looks to be similar pleco, but is chocolate brown, gold spots, but same large teeth. I wish I could post a pic, but I have been out of my home for over a month now due to water damage (non-aquaria related), and my plecs are at a friends house for the time being.
