no they werent trimmed my friend/vendor got them full whiskered but the transport stressed it out so it shed its whiskers
sadly no it died recently
. i introduced them when i got home from work at night. I threw the large male in a 180 with the smaller female to see how it went. They seemed to be fine until the next morning before i left work and then i got home and i found the male all beat up and the female looking like a champ. Since then i have found a suitable replacement and im not gonna take the chance of putting them together until i put more royals in with them in the pond so the aggresion is spread when i try to breed them
