New L46 Zebra/Imperial captive bred pair

Yeah. not sure where you read that. Hypans LOVE bloodworms. Breeders of L46 do advise against feeding whole bloodworms to fry, but at 1.5 inches they're more than capable of handling them whole. Live bloodworms are hard to come by around here; I feed frozen to all my hypans and they devour them.

X2 .. bloodworms only bad when young as they can choke on them.
They are better in groups, so I'm glad you have at least 2. Cute little buggers, I wanted a group of 5 or 6 but couldn't find any locally or for a good price.
PS make sure you have some caves and hiding spots for them. There are some L046 breeding caves on ebay and aquabid if you want the appropriate sized ones ...

Nice catch.
Feeding them shouldnt be a problem. I have other hypans and they do take various type of sinking type pellets. Once a while will offer them bloodworms.
