They love it, and it doesn't stink up the house like massivore. (Do we really need fermented A.Niger extract in their food?)

Nls is probably the best full diet out there for the fish we keep! Super dense though so a lot of fish will not take it right off the bat. To get em to eat it just feed with your current food gradually making it all nls. Your fish will love you for it.

I tried NLS but none of my bichirs would even touch it. I tried fasting for 2.5 weeks.

Just keep with it. It took me five weeks to break my orinos off of massivore to NLS. And it is very dense so depending on how big they are, they may not take 6mm. It can be frustrating but you have to go into with the " eat what I feed you or starve" mentality and eventually they will pick up on it. Also, soaking it in the juice from a favorite treat like frozen krill helps.

The NLS floating pellet is softer. Took my poly's a while to take floating food, but they ate the heck out of it after about 2 weeks of floating pellets being their only option.

Keep offering it and remove it if they don't start eating within a few minutes. Helps if you have other fish that you can feeed the refused pellets to.

I tried the 6mm thera A with garlic.

These are 10mm, the bichirs less than 12" have to be a big patient, but they still eat it. 6" endli devours them. 18"pbbs and ansorgii inhale them three to four at a time.

Long time ago when I first started keeping polypterus, I conditioned them to feed on floating pellets. The bigger they get, the more impressive of a sight it is to see, and as soon as they smell food they take off swimming all over the upper levels of the tank. I have been thinking about training them back onto floating pellets. :)

What type of NLS is floating? I thought NLS only make sinking pellets.

@Serg, I got to get some from you to try. The idea of no more stinky water sounds great.
