New lighting and pics of my bichirs

nice bright tank. Just make sure you don't tell those guys you got 10,000k lights. There are still a lot of old school guys that do not like freshwater with 10,000k lights. Personally, I love it and think it looks way better. I use 10000k lights on one of my tank. I used Nova Extreme before. Theyr'e not a bad product and have proven to be reliable. Becareful using these lights for an extented period of time cuz you might get algae.

You got to get rid of that rock cave. I had an endli that develop scoleosis from it.
 
Thanks everyone ! Ill be looking for some clay pipe shortly. I think an agriculture retail / home near me has some and I have wanted to buy this 800 gallon container in their front lawn for a while maybe tomorrow ill stop in to talk to them.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. And I love the setup I might switch out the actinic bulb for something else though :)
 
Thanks everyone ! Much appreciated.. Any ideas on what to replace the rock cave things with ? I don't like the PVC look much .... But you gotta do what you gotta do I guess.

OH I forgot to post the other four pics lol my bad there is only four in the threads first post... Also the new lighting is a T5 HO dual bulb with the stock bulbs one 10,000 bulb and an actinic :P Its a coral life 48" I love it so far.
