beautiful fish and tank looks great whats he feeding on always has trouble getting mine to feed well.

this guy is the most enthusiastic eater i have ever seen

if i delay feeding him, while i am near his tank in the morning, he will start banging the glass.

when i open the hood and if i delay putting the food in, he jumps right out of the water to get the food.

hand feeds and is very tame and will lemme pet him when he is feeling like it

anyways back to your question, he eats dried shrimp, hikari cichlid staple once in a while.
