$22 isn't too bad, but it's not exactly a bargain. I got my current one for $19, and the previous two that I had (which were killed, unfortunately), were $15 each.

Nice cat, btw. Limas are definitely one of the more interesting catfish species.

I got my Lima for 20. Great cats, and when they start showing their appetite, its an all around blast to watch them mow down on blood worms and flakes. You will enjoy him I'm sure. I love mine.

What should I do he is afraid to be hand fed and if I leave the bloodworms by him my jack dempesy will eat it

Just try to leave the food in a place where only he can get to it, and don't be too surprised if he doesn't eat at all for the first week or two (my last pair took about two weeks to start eating, and my current lima is on its 5th day of fasting, right now).
