You could always slightly over feed too. Not recommended and if a Lima is hungry it won't be shy. But all fish get to the point where they aren't hungry no more, and the Lima would pick off the rest. My Lima has his hands full with other large cats, and he picks off the floating worms. Give it time. He'll eat when he's ready.

My second lima didnt eat for at least 3 weeks. Not even live feeders. They are awesome in a group.
I am glad to announce he is now eating blood works and cichlid pellets

I have 3 of them together. They eat everything. I feed black worms, pellets, nightcrawlers( pinched into small pieces) and shrimp. I find they are happiest in groups. Good luck with yours.

I have them in my 180 now. As they grow big enough to not be food for my rays they will get moved to my 270 or my 475.
