  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
why not? you put a large mouth in an 80G. so far you've done nothing to make us believe you wouldn't put them all in too small of a tank. you know, since you're all r

Don't take it personally but you're going to catch some flak for putting a LMB in an 80g, which is way too small. When I was in high school I put a baby in a 125g and it outgrew it in 6 months. Swap that bass out for a green sunfish. An 80g is not very big but it would be ok for a solitary greenie, I think.

I'm not sure what you don't understand. 150 won't be big enough either.

He's either trolling or just doesn't care.

Get over it already. Not the worst thing having a few inch Bass in an 80-gallon aquarium. IF he manages to keep the thing over the next couple years and it gets to a large size THEN go ahead, get on his back. But right now all I see is a bunch of people fighting over something that has yet to happen - people need to learn how to just relax. It's a few inch bass in an 80 gallon tank, whoopie. I can find way worse in just a few seconds of searching different posts, even my own! Either post with a positive comment, or just leave it alone, because in the short run it just doesn't matter.

So with my comment, I say nice looking setup, hope he does well for you - going to try feeding pellets or just going to stick with feeders?
