I highly suggest the refuge with mud inside and some plant growth inside the refuge like sweettang suggested definetly a wet dry or sump system and maybe the addition of a protein skimmer down the road that is alot of water and u want some big fish (triggers,lionfish,groupers,) these fish have high appetites and release alot of excreations.
