I love that they still feel the need to reference a scene from a music video made what, 20 some odd years ago?
The fish being stressed from the movement and noise was my first concern.

Not only is it bad for the fish but who buys tickets behind home plate to watch fish? Lets move it up to the nosebleed section so at least us cheapies have something to look at besides the backs of heads and players that look like fleas.

Terrible idea, fish will be stressed. To much foot traffic, noise, etc at game time...

Hopefully they just fill it with basic goldfish or guppies...

agree. They fish is going to be exposed to the sun also.

Because the sun is terrible for fish. Aside from the potential for overheating, most fish enjoy natural sunlight thoroughly.
