Carcking tank mate, love the shovlenose got my self an oscar and tsn to day, they are rather nice, ive keeped oscars for years they can change some times, it makes you think sometimes how they can live for years with really small fish then kill them, i had my 18inch oscar with 2 kissing gourmais for about 2 year they was about 6-8 invhes was fine i added a a small red oscar of 10 inch and the big oscar killed the gourmais and started to breed with the other oscar, proberly why they killed them but they are amazing fish, love the jag and JD's by the way.

Thanks dude, my first time with Oscars.
They have been pretty mild mannered so far, but then they are still pretty small so I'm unsure how they'll react once they get larger.
Long term place is to put the Oscars, Jag and TSN is a 7x3x2 once they are big enough and keep the rest of the Cichlids in the 150.

Just looked across at the tank,, and the TSN has laid down with a large belly.
Not sure who he's eaten...
