I'm new here, just thought i'd post a picture of my ray, bought it about two weeks ago.
I was told that it was a wild caught motoro ray.
Been feeding him minced up shrimp, but he seems to have gotten a bit fed up,
so started digging up some worms, which he laps right up.

Lol, yeah i actually dug up a few. I just dig in the same spot, after i dig i mix old leaves etc in the dirt and refill, and i get worms again the next day.
Don't even have to dig that deep, less than a foot.

It's about seven inches in diameter max. I believe it to be a male. It has the two finger like growths at the base but not very long. you just see a little of it under the base of its tail.

Be careful using wild caught worms. Oftentimes they'll bring unwanted chemicals (pesticides) into your tank and possibly even pathogen.
 
Looks marbled and welcome keep trying other foods worms become very expensive over long term and are better off ordering worms this time of year
