No reason to plug one of the drains, I would just run the extra drain to your sump with the other two. Won’t cost anything and you will have the extra capacity if one of the drains gets clogged. This happened to me once when an Angel fish died and it's body plugged one of my drains and my tank overflowed onto my floor.

so i went to lowes firsht tihng this morning and got the lumber for the stand and a 2000gph punp. got most of the stand done today should get the frame done tomorrow i ran in to some problems i didnt want the stand to tall so the stand is 30 inches tall and when i put the sump in i had no room so i had to cut and fiped the bulkheads and pulled the trim off the sump and i got just enough room.
