setup 2: under the stand

Scraping the sump for an FX5? Dont get me wrong, I like this filter, but Id toss is out the window for a sump.

actually im replacing the sump for the Ultima 6000.. the FX5 is the "backup"

How many GPH are you planning to run through the Ultima? I, personally, would run it through the FX5...slower flow rate = more effective UV.
