What on earth are you doing to your loaches?!
What are your water parameters?
Did he die from ich?
There is no way you should be losing this many - something is very wrong.
Is it always ich or do they get knifeback?
I've had a year of disease free loaches, this time last year mine all got ich while I was away at a festival for 3 days, but since treating them and watching what goes in the tank with them, they've been clear. The little one I saved from knifeback last year is thriving too....
