Thanks bud.... I had the floors epoxy coated and walls painted, etc. If I could do it all over I would have re-textured the entire garage.

Not quite... it actually has tools but also holding up 3 - 20 gallon tanks.

Thanks guys... I'm thinking of how I want to set up the filtration. I'm leaning towards drilling some holes on the back panel for bulkheads and using them as overflows (with strainers). Also plan on drilling one hole and plumbing it with a bulkhead and ball valve as a drain for faster water changes. Anyone done anything similar to that on their setups?
