Im so jealous right now. Good job. The only "decorations" I have in my fishroom are the USC curtains.

Why do you have to show me up like that Sean? Dammit!

You are the Martha Stewart of fishrooms.

I don't own a 720g. tank remember? Wish I had the space for one......

wow..monster set-up..looks very clean..great job! now fill em with some exotics!

[ I'm leaning towards drilling some holes on the back panel for bulkheads and using them as overflows (with strainers). Also plan on drilling one hole and plumbing it with a bulkhead and ball valve as a drain for faster water changes. Anyone done anything similar to that on their setups?[/quote]

Nice and clean set up and well organize too. I am so jealous.

I thought about doing the same thing when I had my tank system but because all my tanks are glass, I did not want to risk cracking the tanks and it cost too much to have someone drill the holes. With tempered glass, drilling the bottom of the tank was not a good idea.

Maybe you can connect your water supply to the pipe line by the hot water heater.

Thanks guys... I'm thinking of how I want to set up the filtration. I'm leaning towards drilling some holes on the back panel for bulkheads and using them as overflows (with strainers). I was able to avoid drilling an additional drain hole by "T-ing" off the existing drain line going to my sump then using a ball valve there.

The way it works - My bulkhead drain from my tank to my sump is about 25% below the water hight. I turn off my pump then open the drain ball valve and open a beer. After the beer is finished (5 min) my tank has 25% of the water out of it. I close the valve and refill then turn the pump back on. Easy. Be cairful not to over fill!

That is a GREAAATTT idea Egon! You just saved me from drilling unnecessary holes and saving money on additional bulkheads! Do you have pictures of you sump system? Size of tank, etc?
