Today had a great shopping boxing day. Picked up 2 x FX5's, 2 x Rena Smart Heaters, a few powerbars, and a 450gallon(96"x36"x30") 3/4" thick glass tank. The price was up there but not a huge difference from the 375gallon I got quoted for before. Tank and glass lid I got it for 1560.00 CAD. The stand for it will be around 400ish CAD so a grand total of just under 2000.00 CAD. It Should be done in 2 weeks. I can't wait:D For the stock I will be moving my 3 x Silver Aro's, 2 x Pbass's and a RTC into it. For filtration using the 2x FX5's and probabely pick up a Rena Xp4 either 1 or 2 later. Only downfall for today was my pockets feel alot lighter now...

What does the tank look like? Umm ok...it looks like a 8' long rectangular shaped glass box. It's in the process of making. A 450 gallon tank is not a standard size tank. Here in Canada it must be custom made professionally and either built on site(meaning built in your home) or made as is as long as you can move it.
 
'Grats, can't wait to see pictures. Planning either a 375g or 450g myself, but can't find a place where they can source glass thick enough for the latter. Still looking but may well settle for the smaller one. Looking at acrylic as well, but will have to source that from out of the country.
