It'd probably work better if it was a disgruntled wife in the story shooting at her husband....thats more believeable....

A myth I wanna see them do is the one about the Mosquito popping!! LoL! You know, if you squeeze the skin around a mosquito, it can't stop sucking/pull out, so it just keeps filling up eventually popping. That would be cool to see.
 
the whole reason that we want the "big tank through the floor" myth is because we've all heard it but no one's experienced it. It's a myth, that we'd all like to see busted.

digruntled wife works too and i like the mosquito thing too think of it it could be a mythbusters monsterfishkeepers speical lol

i have not heard of this happening b/c most ppl do not try to do such a thing if u give me a link to a post about it happening ill be glad to read i have althou read about tanks breaking from the seams giving out
 
Eh, I think it would be more likely that the bullet would veer off course from the shot. As soon as the tank shatters, there really not much water that the bullet would actually be traveling through, gravity works quick.
 
I think the big fish going through the glass isn't a myth...lol...its very possible. They are beefy fish, and in the wrong size tank, disaster just waiting to happen. Plus they would have trouble doing that, cuz of animal rights and all. Plus getting someone to donate their fish that is that large already. I know I wouldn't want to donate my babies....

Nah you don't need live animals. They just need to make a model of a pacu and they can just mechanically propel it through the water to bust the tank.

It's called Mythbusters, not Factbusters. If I could provide you with a post about this actually happening to someone it's not a myth anymore.

I couldn't film it for you cause my one hand was holding the skin on my other arm. Not so sure it couldn't stop sucking, as maybe I forced more blood into it by squeezing my arm.
