fish seem fine no issues what so ever no heavy breathing and they eat when ever i drop food they wven got to the point when i walk up they go to the corner of the tank

I think you should be fine, just watch for those signs to b safe, but I wouldn’t be to concerned

Yeah I think you're doing fine, just keep an eye on things and keep testing occasionally. Every tank eventually cycles, and every cycle seems like it's the slowest one ever. Just watch for ammonia or nitrite spikes, and you can do water changes if you see those so you're fish aren't stressed or harmed.

There's something about this that seems at least slightly odd to me as well, OP. If you dump something in your tank be it fish or food there should soon be metabolites in the water column. Is there any chance that the reagents in your nitrate test might be beyond their use by date?
