My brother-in-law builds sports memorabilia cases that are oxygen-free (uses nitrogen for protection against oxidation). He made me a case for an antique photo album from 1872. I'll be sure to ask him for a case for this book, as well.
Quite a lot of antiquities seen in museums are privately owned and loaned out to museums by their benefactors. I have 2 huge ammonites (one is over 6 ft across) on loan to a California museum.
