I like that you got rid of the fake ruins, I've always preffered a natural look. The only problem with the new is how visible all of your filtration and heater is. Having the heater almost horizontal in the middle of the tank is probably the most visible/obvious place in the whole tank to have it. That big black spongee thing with the bubble tube sticking up kind of sticks out too.

i like that you removed the bridge. i would also:
hide heater vertically by an edge
move the val and taller plants to back of tank, possibly in front of heater
ditch all bamboo plants -- they will just end up rotting
move sword to middle of tank so it gets better light / has more room

NEW, but it's missing some driftwood and I'd move the tall plants to the back, and put the heater and filters in the corner and hide them with a piece of driftwood.
