Hmm,interesting. I only gave mine bloodworms and they were very skittish the first two months.Once they calmed down after that span of time they began copying one another with eating the pellets.

They all love blood worms and brine shrimp when I got them and they still do. It really helps to have other cichlas in the tank. Kels were picky as well as the O's but eventually they all gave in.
