New Ornate WC

Hey Gonzo how big is yours now? How big when you got him and how fast did he grow on what diet?

Also He is a WC and today is the end of his first 24 hours in my tank and he is already eating hikari sinking pellets! I wish he could teach my Delhezi to do the same...
 
The pattern and head structure looks like WC ornate to me.
 
i guess it was just really stressed, can't wait to see it on some black sand though

I called Segrest Farms with my lfs (we live 5 hours away from them) and I ordered a specifically a WC Orante. He sent me picture through a text of him and he was a lot darker he got stressed and it was the only one that they had. So IMO Segrest Farms is a good trust worthy company and good people. Yes the color now that I got him is a lot lighter but compared to the picture he sent me he is 100% the same fish.
 
if you got it from segrest farms chances are it's CB, i haven't heard of them having WC polys
 
Here is one thing I wont do over a forum is argue. I called segrest and asked them if they would be able to get me a WC ornate and they said they would try and call me back when they have found some. Well 3 weeks later they called me and I told them who my lfs was and they confirmed and I bought it. Segrest will always go out of their way to help you if you call them. So you guys can flame/troll all you want but I know what I bought.

ok lol not trying to start anything i just didn't know they did that. Thanks for a heads up i wonder if they can get any other wc polys.....
