wow never seen that type of ray.....does it have a stinger? Lol I asked because the tail doesn't look to flexible. Where did you get them from? Also how big is the tank?

I was just about to ask, are there any fish in the tank? Unfortunately your grouper didn't make it. They are smart fish and if they can survive the first attack, they should be fine. My minatus makes sure to stay a good 10 inches from my Wobbes. Like your grouper, an epaulette of mine, that was 2 inches longer, never got a chance.

.....that sucks when you think a fish is compatible ends up.....fail. Maybe large species of sweetlips, grunts, lionfish...etc

No barb. They are more like a guitarfish than a stingray when refering to body.
