New Ornate !

Hey guys, just picked up my first bichir and i already want to go get another one ! tell me what you guys think ! also what is best to feed it? is it male or female? and can i keep a delhezi and maybe another ornate with it? in a 40g right now till i get my 6'x2'x2'

that is a beautiful ornate i have a few bichirs. I am about to order a new endlis in a few days! I want an ornate but i think that the endlis are really interesting in their own way.

nice pick up, but I prefer bare bottom tank or sands as bichirs may accidently swallow those gravels.

Hard to tell if male or female
Look at the anal fin if it looks thick and meaty it's a male if it looks like a regular thin fin than it's a female.

haha yea i know.. its crazy really... i plan on picking up a del and albino sen next weekend too.... this whole bichir keeping isn't good for my bank account..
