I was going to tell you the same thing. You have to make sure they can come up and breathe air. They have gills and a modified lung. I am glad to hear the top is out of water.

thanks everyone... i might go pick up a bigger grow out.. probably a medium size or maybe a large at petsmart today just so i am prepared when they need to go into that one.
