Here is a pic of the three guys.... the new Pacu is about 20 inches, the other two are about 18 and 14 inches. Honestly, though. I'm serious. No more Pacus! They're wonderful, and most of them need a new home, but it can't be mine! Guido (catfish) is starting to doubt that we actually built this pond for him... he's like, "Yeah, right, mom... so who the hell are all these guys?"

Edit: Oh, yeah, and a big thanks to $INI$T3R for holding onto this guy until I was ready to pick up. He took the fish from the lady that had it in the 55 GALLON TANK (yes, the 20 inch fish) until I made sure the pond was ready for a new addition. Thanks again.

It was my pleasure... Im just glad to see he has found a new home with some GREAT PEOPLE and AWESOME MONSTERFISH LOVERS!!!! Hopefully soon, I can make it down to see your fish "house"..... (and my wife almost killed me when she went down and saw all the water on the floor hehehehehe)... Trini went down later and and asked "where is big boy"... She was affraid he jumped out and was screaming for me to look around for him hahahaha.... Then i explained he found a new home with other big boys and she was cool with it (along with some warm milk)....

We did a really good job of mopping up! In my house, that's "dry," LOL. Bob was soaked the whole way home... I told him he should really stop rolling around with the fishes. If your kids are missing their fishy, I say they probably need a big pond. They don't really need that play area in the basement, right? :nilly: Anyway, just let me know when you want to make the trip, we'll be ready (as long as you don't come carrying a Pacu!).

We did a great job!!!!!! Tell Bob i laughed for about 30min after you all left... I wish i had a pic of that it was funny as hell... Well i think i sold the 210 and im going to build that 580... So i think thats as close to a pond as ill get... hehehehe... the wify isnt that excited about it but oh well.... she'll get over it... hehehehehe (i hope)....

I'm glad that a pacu was rescued by someone with a proper home for them. Everytime I go to petsmart I bring a sharpie to 'edit' the pacu info card. Are you going to keep them or eventually find a new home for them?

Nope, these guys are with me for good! I get really attached to my fish. I'd love to be able to take in more, but, to echo $INIST3R's statement about his wife... my husband would kill me! Honestly, if it were up to me, I'd have built the pond as big as the room. They've all been rescues, but I have to say, this one was in the worst conditions.

Nice, looks happy with some friends. I would love to take in pacu, but i just dont have that kind of room.

Pacu BBQ!!! :D
