That is going to be an amazing setup! I love the European look of the Fluval tank and stand... very sleek.

What is the main viewing angle of the tank? From the left? I saw the table over there. I would probably have put the driftwood on the opposite back corner, to increase viewing space into the tank from the left side. But what do I know... I never like my own tank designs. :)

This tank is so nice J. I love the Osaka series. How thick is the background? (how much room is behind it?) I ask because would it be poossible to pack the back with foam, drill holes in the BG and plant in those holes? Using the foam as bio like a sponge and a splace for the rplants to take root? A submerged pump (hidden behind the tree) with a mech attachement would handle the mech portion. I have 100 lbs of Careabsea sand with your name on it still. Very nice stuff.

Haha you don't want to live by me. I give away a lot of stuff but you have to help me move a lot of tanks! I'm heading over to clockworks here in a few hours to kick off on this tank :headbang2

Haha, I just realized the black "platform" line is below the water line. Let's just pretend it's a little bit higher. :D

You could still have the platform just below the waterline for many terrestrial plants.

The only think I would change would be to add another filter intake (perhaps from another small canister with a hidden underwater outlet for a bit of circulation).
