Very cool to know. I take it as a Mix between Mono and Tem then. Nice.
What's funny was, When I asked him about the Pbass, he said $12 dollars. I was shocked at first to hear that, so I walked with him back to the tank where he had him in and I pointed "That one". He said "Yes, $12 dollars". I asked him what he feeds it and such. Then I said "I'll take it". He then asked me " How much are they worth?" I said to him other fish shops sells them for $100-120. He then said " Alright $55 for it" I said "No Thanks" LOL and he gave in and said Alright $12 dollars.
I told him they're worth $100-120 because prior to going to this fish shop, I was at 2 other fish shop looking around for pbass. They did have it and they were priced at $100 at this other fish shop and $120 at another fish shop. So definitely a good buy the moment he said it's $12 dollars.

sweet deal dude!! looks like a mono to me.. the markings on the stomach look like regular mono marks, but the markings on gill plate, monos dont have as they get older(they have them when small but they fade)... if they dont fade as he grows then you have a mix..nice pick up
Right on. Don't worry about the Angels, They're 100 of them in there to begin with. It came from my last batch of breeding, they're always more. I'm removing them into another tank after work today. I'll keep an eyes on the black marks on the gill plate down the line to see if it's still there or not. Being as this is my first Biggest Pbass, he eats alot. Ate 6 Raw Tiger Shrimp. Crazy.
