I'm thinking about clipping the ears n tail. We took him to the dog park today n almost everyone was asking how old our Chihuahua was... Arrrr, don't like that.

Too late to dock/clip the tail! For the ear, get some Scotch tape and tape inside of the ear. It will help the ear to stay straight. Mini Dobie doesn't need ear clipped like the regular Dobie. When I first saw the pix, I thought it was a "Chalupa," too
