do your research red,red/white with the exception of a barred midas which is a neutral color if you get a midas and it has blue eyes or white whatever you want to call it,it will turn white might not be 100% white but it will be white with some color,i've been keeping and researching the spcies for over 12 years because its my fav cichlid in general 22 years of cichlid keeping dont mistake the number of post you have compared to mine and think i'm new to this hobby take time out to ask where did i come up with that assumption or seen it
