I can't see from the pictures, but if he has orange in his ventrals, he is most likely Aluonocara Stuartgranti "Cobue."

I have a male in my smaller show/community tank. A great fish that stays colored up, but doesn't mess with the other peacocks too much.

My other fish in the picture is a cobue.

This new peacock i got has a different body shape and his fins are alot different

They look pretty similar to me... from the pictures at least.

Watch out for conspecific aggression down the road.
 
Well i still dont know what he is but whatever he is. he managed to beat up my Ruby red peacock and my yellow benga sunshine -.- only people he didnt touch was my lawanda and my cobue
